The magic is still there

I have entertained my friends throughout the day, dealing with anxiety with my normal remedy..humor.

My agenda today included getting a facial, and manicure, and a pedicure after work. Who says you have to look bad while doing a good deed? No one quite understands whats going through my head...but I figure its my last day not being in 100 degree heat with insane humidity...might as well live it up.

I dont have much time to write now, but leave tomorrow at six am....very exciting. Lori is going to drop me off at the airport. The way I figure it, she is better than any boyfriend I have had to date. We have been friends for around 4 years, and she still takes me to, and picks me up from, the air port. The magic is still there ;-).

I have my apt nice and clean for my return...my mother would be proud, I even cleaned my closet (a source of great contention as a child.) In addition, I shampooed my carpet, and cleaned out the fish tank....I think I should head to disaster areas more often...my apartment has never been cleaner.

My friend Ray is going to post content to my blog that I send him via my blackberry. The contents wont be long, but I will send what I can, and update the rest when I get back.
